Spirit provides us with all the tools, resources and support that we need to find our center and live from that center. The vast majority of our problems result from forgetting who we are, and from blocking the connection with our soul’s wisdom and our Creator. So many of our difficulties stem from the false belief that we are separate from each other and separate from Spirit; from there, life becomes a struggle for survival. This gives rise to negatives states like greed, hatred, intolerance, abuse, lack of compassion, selfishness, addiction, anxiety, war, poverty, injustice, belief in scarcity and all other manner of fears. When these negative states of being remain unhealed, they become perpetuated by us and through us and thus expressed, whether consciously or unconsciously, into the world.
The way out of this maze of negative thoughts and patterns is to realize that the path of conquest, alienation and suffering is not the way. This starts with acknowledging that we are not alone in the universe, that we are not separate from one another or from Spirit, and that love in proper balance is the answer to all things. This is not a far-fetched idea – it is a statement of universal law. As we become aware of what it is that we believe, and understand what beliefs no longer serve us, we can start to replace those beliefs with new ones that are true and real in a spiritual sense. We can learn to replace lack with abundance, invalidation with self-worth and fear with love. By transforming negative belief systems and states of being into their opposite beliefs, ones based on higher spiritual ideas understanding and spiritual law, we can accomplish lasting changes in our lives and in the world at large.
As we strive to heal our inner wounds and dysfunction absorbed from living on the Earth plane, we have the opportunity to replace them with uplifting, positive, loving feelings. In this way, we gain a new sense of purpose, security, peace, freedom, acceptance, wisdom and compassion – in short, we become transformed. Finding and embodying spiritual truth is the only solution to our current state of affairs. By embracing authentic spirituality, we are able to heal and become whole, and to serve as an example to others to do the same. From this healed place, we are able to find new, creative solutions to our individual and collective challenges. And when each one of us completes the journey to wholeness, we will find ourselves back together, joined as one, in the heart of our Creator.
