Finding the Wholeness of Spirit

The truth of your being can only be found within. If you do not discover your inner truth, you may not be able to fully understand your purpose for being here. And the reason for searching for your life purpose is that, sooner or later, you will feel compelled to find meaning in your life. On a planetary level, our collective lack of understanding of our inner being has created a most challenging environment: we struggle with pain, sorrow and loss; we may feel overwhelmed by the suffering we see around us; and at some deep level of our existence, we are afraid, afraid of losing what we have, of losing our identity, of getting old and dying, afraid that we aren’t valuable or good enough. There is an antidote, though: spiritual awareness enables us to cut through erroneous ideas and beliefs, and release emotions that block our progress to becoming whole.

What does it mean to be spiritually whole? It means to find peace within ourselves, to find healing and resolution of our core life issues, to find connection with the source of Divine love and establish a real partnership between our soul and our physical being. A powerful method of finding spiritual wholeness is through study, contemplation and meditative practice. It involves learning to overcome old ingrained ideas and tendencies, and replacing them with a renewed and truer spiritual perspective. This new perspective is born of the truth that we are loved beyond measure, that we are beautiful, infinite, powerful and creative people, and that the universe will support us in all that we wish to do to inspire, uplift and support one another.

Becoming whole allows us to live on purpose, with a clear sense of how we fit into the greater scheme of creation. It allows us to feel that we have made friends with our strengths and our shortcomings, and enables us to live with a strong sense of self, to weather any storms that may come our way and to feel that we have the power to make a positive contribution to the world. As we grow spiritually, we change for the better. We find the truth of our being – which is love in all of its forms – and learn how to experience and manifest that love on this physical plane of existence called Earth.
